绍军至延津南，操勒兵驻营南阪下，使登垒望之，曰：“可五六百骑。”有顷，复曰：“骑稍多，步兵不可胜数。”操曰：“勿复曰。”令骑解鞍放马。是时，白马辎重就道。诸将以为敌骑多，不如还保营。荀攸曰：“此所以而敌，如何去之！”操顾攸而笑。绍骑将文丑与刘备将五六千骑前后至。诸将复曰：“可上马。”操曰：“未也。”有顷，骑至稍多，或分趣辎重。操曰：“可矣。”乃皆上马。时骑不满六百，遂纵兵击，大破之，斩丑。丑与颜良，皆绍名将也，再战，悉禽之，绍军夺气。

幸福课

一个理想的家庭，其实就是一个有修复能力的家庭。并没有一个家庭是没有冲突、没有问题的。只要这个家庭具备了修复冲突、解决问题的能力，那它就是一个足够好的家庭。

You admired my work when it was finished: you enjoyed the brilliant successes of my first nights, and the brilliant banquets that followed them: you were proud, and quite naturally so, of being the intimate friend of an artist so distinguished: but you could not understand the conditions requisite for the production of artistic work. I am not speaking in phrases of rhetorical exaggeration but in terms of absolute truth to actual fact when I remind you that during the whole time we were together I never wrote one single line. Whether at Torquay, Goring, London, Florence or elsewhere, my life, as long as you were by my side, was entirely sterile and uncreative. And with but few intervals you were, I regret to say, by my side always.
